Project Deliverables

Throughout the development of the project, as well as after the development is finished, some assessment milestones take place. Excluding this current document, there are 3 such milestones called the project deliverables:

  1. Project Seminar
  2. Project Demonstration
  3. Project Report
Two extra milestones are the Project Proposal and Plan and the Final Report Draft. None of these is being assessed.

Each of the above will require some preparation time, which varies depending on the extent of the work expected.

Appendix B presents the Gantt chart corresponding to these deliverables, which need not overlap with any particular development phases, given that the development is halted before the demonstration and the report are put together.
